SIC for WiFi—SYBORG Interception Centre for Wireless Fidelity

With modern means of communication such as mobile and stationary Internet access the potential for using new media for criminal purposes is constantly increasing. The widespread use of the Internet for communication makes the job of lawful interception of telecommunications more difficult in view of the multitude of technologies employed.

WiFi allows mobile Internet access via wireless connections in many places, posing additional challenges to law enforcement agencies.

In the SIC for WiFi SYBORG provides an advanced tactical interception system that makes it possible to carry out mobile interception of WiFi traffic. SIC for WiFi captures wireless communications that are transmitted by a target at the access point or between the communication parties (point-to-point) and visualises them immediately after decoding.

SIC for WiFi is an all-in-one solution running on a standard laptop. Wireless transmissions are recorded and then decoded and visualised using the familiar high-performance technology from our SDA.
